Duties and obligations: The realty sales manager conducts training that teach representatives how to get consumers, discuss transactions, secure funding, and complete formalities for the sale.

BS/MS degree in company administration or an associated field.Successful previous experience as a sales agent or sales manager, consistently meeting or going beyond targets.Committed to constant education through workshops, workshops and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and market expertise.Excellent mentoring, training and individuals management skills.Excellent verbal communication abilities and active listening skills.Knowledge and application of sales strategies such as constructing relationship, needs/values selling, working out, and closing the sale.
