The scope of work is large from question & & consultation, to application, to tracking, releasing and communication of the visa issuance and communicating with support executives. It is essential that the Visa Specialists are well versed on relevant rules, regulations, requirements, charges and procedures. It is important to have a clear understanding of the various responsibilities.

  • skills Your Responsibilities Responsible to administer the following towards Employee
    • and Dependents communicating with regional UAE govt ministries Obtain brand-new work visas/ work permits for all expatriate employees.
    • Screen and renew employee home permits. Obtain brand-new home visas for dependents of workers. Facilitate renewal of home visas for dependents. Help with and follow-up cancellation of visas for workers and dependents. To keep labor workplace categories and adequate quota available for visa issuance. To upgrade all business and trade Licenses, follow-up main approvals and permits, to prevent unneeded infractions. Prepare record of all company agreements, licenses, residency authorizations, contracts and renewals with correct expiration dates and prompt inform the management relating to the exact same.
    • Responsible to upgrade the management of the modifications in laws associated with Labour and Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations that have actually been modified and considered required
    • for the smooth performance of the company. To process and follow all registration, renewal, cancellation or transfer of all company cars with traffic department. To help management in legal matters and represent company in labor
    • court matters. To carry out issuance and renewal of CICPA Gate Pass Pension registration and removal of Emirati & GCC Employees on ADPF,
