Key responsibilities
- Track leased and vacant units, update space, location, price, and unit status data.
- Market vacant units, attract suitable tenants, and ensure activity compliance.
- Analyze rental rates, propose prices, terms, and permit durations based on solid evidence.
- Manage initial negotiations, submit offers, and recommendations to authorized parties.
- Coordinate with legal to draft, document, and manage contract renewals and terminations.
- Maintain a contract registry, including start dates, end dates, increases, renewals, guarantees, and early notices.
- Coordinate with finance for collection, default management, and platform or ERP system administration.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance for unit delivery and collection, and address occupancy-impacting notes.
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, vacancies, contractual revenues, expiring contracts, and risks.
Requirements
- Baccalauréat degree
- Proven experience in property leasing and management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
