Job Description
• Overall responsibility for managing and overseeing the entire fitting-out
and onsite installation operations and ensure the efficiency of different fit
out and installation process
• Provide inputs to the MD for executing the vision set for the growth of the
organization
• Analyze the feasibility of participation in multiple exhibitions as per the
guidance of MD based on current capacity and employee utilization levels
• Facilitating smooth co-ordination of the Projects & Fit Out Department
with Head Office with respect to the following activities:-
▪ With Finance department for progressive billing of jobs
▪ With Inventory for raw material required for respective jobs
▪ With Procurement for purchase of local and international products
required for production as well as projects
▪ With Design for clarification on different design aspects and to
understand customer requirements and for site insprections and
supervision
▪ With Administration department at HO for procurement planning
of general items including office supplies, pantry supplies, etc.
▪ With Project sales for regular communications with clients at
outside locations
Skills
• Reviewing & improving all the joint policies, Relationship and work
cycle between the projects and Production department and other
departments (Purchase, accounts, maintenance, Sales And HR)
• Ensuring adherence to the organization/Departments policies and
procedures and whilst working on site
• Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns Prioritize,
plan and coordinate project development activities according to
customer requirements.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and
report and escalate to management as needed
• Helps develop the overall(projects) sales strategies in close
coordination with Sales, Purchase & Marketing Departments
• Manage and ensure quality standards of the fitting out and installation
process
• Ensure projects activities are delivered in line with the project plan,
budget and indicators of success
• Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop
appropriate mitigation plans.
• Helps in ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are
completed and issues addressed
• Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools
and techniques
• Reviewing the production and project documents cycle
• Re-discovering and improving the KSA market & other GCC countries
• Improving the sales skills for the site engineers, designers and the
estimators
