Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Lead a supervision team to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor on-site construction progress, quality, and safety.
- Manage the review and approval process for shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Evaluate contractor claims and payment applications.
- Participate in progress and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
- Support contract administration, ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Desired Skills & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant engineering discipline.
- 15-20 years of experience in construction supervision and project management, particularly in consultancy roles.
- Proven track record with large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects, including malls and hospitals.
- Strong understanding of Kuwait Municipality regulations and international codes.
- Valid membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers and a Kuwait Municipality Professional Engineer License.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
