Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, and contract management.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely material supply.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Experience of 10+ years as a Procurement Manager is preferred.
