Overview:
Seeking an expert in network operations transformation with 15+ years of experience in Tier 1 telecom or global service providers (e.g., Vodafone, Orange, AWS). Must have proven expertise in leveraging automation, AI/ML, and observability tools to drive operational efficiency and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution for digital transformation across core, access, transport, and cloud domains.
Oversee process transformation and skill evolution for adopting digital tools and Agile practices.
Collaborate with Cisco and multivendor solutions to deploy automation platforms like Crosswork, Splunk, and AI/ML models.
Develop roadmaps for achieving autonomous networks with self-healing and closed-loop automation.
Engage with C-suite stakeholders to align transformation roadmaps with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to TM Forum standards for automation maturity.
Skills
Required Skills:
Expertise in SP frameworks (TMF, ITIL, SRE) and process transformation.
Hands-on experience with SP automation tools and multivendor environments.
Strong leadership in AI-driven network optimization and strategy development.
Knowledge of NFV, SDN, and cloud-native principles.
Certifications:
ITILv4, PRINCE2, AgilePM, and SRE Practitioner.
CCIE or equivalent (preferred).
