- Independently operate chemical injection pumps
- Assist in operating N2 Vaporizer and mixing package
- Support triplex pump operator/Nitrogen Pump operator in rig-up and rig-down
- Engage with clients on proposals and execution plans
Requirements
- Capable of operating chemical injection units
- Understand basic nitrogen equipment layout
- Identify suction/discharge flow path
- Know chemical compatibility and MSDS requirements
- Know limits of equipment (MAWP, hose ratings)
- Clear understanding of job planning and execution processes
- Effective client communication before, during, and after jobs
