Operations Manager – Guest Relations
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Our client is a holiday property rentals company, offering luxury at esteemed locations across the UAE.
As a niche market and a growing portfolio, we are seeking a seasoned professional in the Short-Term Rental / Real Estate market to join their team.
Key role, reporting directly to the CEO, is to manage and oversee all day-to-day operations with regards to Guest Relations, property housekeeping and maintenance.
Responsibilities
· Handle and manage difficult situations effectively to an acceptable resolution
· Oversee and direct the maintenance manager
· Check in guests on the DTCM portal and ensure DTCM / DED unit compliance matters and inspections.
· Run day-to-day check-in and check-out procedures for properties and be the guests primary point of contact.
· Conduct final inspections / reviews of each unit after housekeeping and maintenance teams complete their duties
· Ensure VIP guests are satisfied, and needs are met – including providing a basic concierge service for bookings, airport transfer, car hire, local attraction recommendations, etc.)
· Develop relationship with guests, such that you become a key contact for them, awareness of their itinerary
Skills
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, guest relations or concierge
· Experience managing day-to-day operations of holiday homes / Airbnb properties
· Experience with PMS, Airbnb, booking software / hotel management software.
· Strong CRM skills
· Good understanding of inventory management, and cleaning standards.
· Ability to solve problems and possess a positive attitude
· Excellent numeracy skills, communications skills
· Ability to work flexible hours due to the nature of the role
· Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
· UAE driving license is an advantage
