- Verify physical stock against POS system records; prepare adjustment entries for discrepancies.
- Review daily sales reports and confirm bank deposits.
- Verify internal transfers, petty cash, and cash sales against system balances.
- Check hygiene standards in shops and stores, display conditions, and asset verification.
- Audit IT assets for compliance with company policies.
- Examine the validity of licenses and vehicle conditions.
- Ensure sales staff compliance with hygiene and uniform standards.
- Document and report on various operational aspects including product expiry and FIFO implementation.
- Take photographs of displays, assets, and any discrepancies.
