Job Description
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager
(Head of Business Development & Client Relation Department)
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
· Develop and implement business development strategies to attract potential clients.
· Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and real estate agents.
· Prepare and present leasing proposals to potential clients.
· Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties.
· Negotiate lease terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
· Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
· Provide regular reports on leasing activities and business development progress.

· Requirement open for Kuwaiti Nationals

· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Required 5 years plus experience in the same field
