Key responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance: install lights, switches, sockets, heat plates, fans, and TVs; identify and fix faults; ensure safety standards.
- Diagnose and perform common plumbing tasks: fix leaks, unblock drains, repair taps, and maintain water heaters.
- Handle HVAC maintenance: troubleshoot and repair air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems.
- Provide carpentry/handyman services: repair furniture, doors, and windows; perform basic installations.
- Travel between job sites and work independently in a mobile field environment.
- Maintain assigned tools and equipment, and handle them safely.
- Follow APEX Tech SOPs, client requirements, and safety standards for all tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in multi-trade maintenance, field service, or mobile technical maintenance.
- Industrial or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
- Valid Saudi driving license for two-wheelers.
- Familiarity with smartphone-based work systems.
- Basic First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Arabic and/or English language proficiency for professional communication, understanding work instructions, and completing service records.
- Valid and transferable Iqama is required.
