We are seeking a dedicated and professional Membership Club Officer to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and attention. You will be responsible for handling membership inquiries, processing applications, and delivering personalized concierge services to create an unforgettable experience for every guest. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and proactive approach will help maintain our brand’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage membership applications, renewals, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build strong relationships with members by offering personalized and attentive service.
- Provide concierge services to members, assisting with reservations, event planning, travel arrangements, and special requests.
- Ensure all member communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions, is handled professionally and promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of member profiles, preferences, and special requirements.
- Coordinate and execute member events, activities, and exclusive offers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of membership programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments, ensuring that members’ needs and expectations are met across all touchpoints.
- Monitor membership feedback, resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay informed about local events, dining options, travel deals, and other services that might enhance the member experience.
- Manage billing and payment processes for membership services and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
