Job Summary:
The Medical Claims Specialist plays a vital role by managing the submission and follow-up of medical claims. This position is key to maintaining financial accuracy and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for processing claims, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our billing and collections teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us uphold our reputation for excellence in the medical billing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately submit and manage medical claims to insurance companies.
- Follow up on claims to ensure timely payment and resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve discrepancies related to claims and payments.
- Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure seamless operations.
Skills
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical billing or claims processing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced computer and Excel skills, with the ability to navigate various software and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
