Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret contract documents, specs, and project requirements
• Prepare and submit mechanical material submittals and method statements
• Review and coordinate mechanical shop drawings
• Manage outsourcing and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate quotations and prepare comparison statements for management approval
• Ensure timely submission of technical documents according to project schedules
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the GCC
• Proven experience in MEP projects
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
