Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for memberships, classes, and services
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, promotional materials)
- Collaborate with fitness teams to promote services and events
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor campaign performance and social media engagement
- Support membership acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing (3-5 years)
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Creativity and ability to engage target audiences
- Familiarity with fitness and wellness industry
- Excellent communication and project management skills
