Key responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and delivery of curriculum support across foundational sciences and clinical curriculum.
• Prepare master curriculum schedules, academic calendars, and related plans with academic leadership and faculty.
• Coordinate curricular sessions, teaching activities, learning resources, and administrative support within agreed timelines.
• Oversee curriculum-support workflows, records, and service standards, resolving operational issues.
• Serve as principal administrative contact for curriculum committees, supporting meeting planning and documentation.
• Manage curriculum information for program accreditation, internal reporting, and student handbooks.
• Oversee examination administration, including scheduling, materials, proctor assignments, and coordination of results processes.
• Monitor student performance information and final grades, escalating delays or risks to appropriate academic authority.

Requirements

• Proven experience in curriculum management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with curriculum management systems and educational technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
