Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
- Track delivery status and update stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
- Collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
