• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and development utilizing J2EE/Java, JBoss 7.x, MS SQL Server 2019, Angular, and related technologies.
  • Engage in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to convert business requirements into detailed designs and functional code.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other system analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with CJIS security standards, testing methodologies, and documentation best practices.

• Key Deliverables:

  • Creation of comprehensive technical design documentation and implementation guides.
  • Inputs for system security compliance and structured test plans.
  • Support for testing cycles, deployment strategies, and maintenance planning.
  • Facilitation of knowledge transfer to internal support teams.

• Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in enterprise-level IT system design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Java (J2EE, JSP, EJB)
  • JBoss Application Server
  • Angular, HTML/XML, JavaScript
  • MS SQL Server 2019, PL/SQL
  • Web Services and JSF frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in multi-vendor and cross-functional project teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
