Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and maintain the strategic product roadmap, analyze market trends, and advocate for a customer-centric approach.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with Project/Delivery Managers, manage product backlogs, conduct backlog refinement, and oversee agile ceremonies.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and development teams, providing regular updates and implementing best practices in product management.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior Product Owners, establish a knowledge-sharing culture, and support professional development initiatives.
- Customer & Market Insight: Conduct customer interviews, monitor industry trends, and drive the creation of user personas and market research.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning, provide regular product updates, and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Competencies:
- Strategic product leadership, business and system analysis, development and testing, implementation and monitoring, and process review and enhancement.
