Lead Full Stack Developer (Web and Mobile Apps) at U S P General Trading – Dubai

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in both web and mobile applications. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong frontend and backend skills, contribute to UX/UI improvements, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Data and Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Develop and support mobile applications for iOS and Android, including frontend development and backend integration.
- Actively contribute to UX/UI implementation (approximately 50% of the role).
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Enhance existing application features and develop new services.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues across platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers for high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and code reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Senior Full Stack Developer role or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience in web frontend and backend development.
- Mobile application development expertise for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and cross-platform development.
- Ability to effectively contribute to both frontend and backend development.
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable services and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience working in cross-functional and Agile-based teams.
- Practical understanding of UX/UI principles with hands-on implementation experience.
