Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and high availability.
- Maintain system uptime using load balancing, failover strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF) for security against vulnerabilities.
- Monitor systems proactively to resolve performance and security issues.
- Enforce best practices in infrastructure security, including patch management and vulnerability scanning.
- Implement observability solutions for improved system visibility and troubleshooting.
- Manage database performance, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams for secure deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (preferably Terraform).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools.
