- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope of work and Basis of Design.
- Compile ITB packages for pre-FEED and FEED phases and evaluate bids for engineering contractors.
- Assess technology providers and process licensors, reviewing design packages and related study reports.
- Coordinate with international engineering contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review process documentation including BFDs/PFDs, specifications, and layouts.
- Conduct process design analysis, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards using simulation software (e.g., Aspen PIMS, Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary design processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of engineering packages.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in process design development.
- Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders.
