Job Description
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the UAE
-Develop the rote to market capabilities through signing up wholesalers/distributors and Key accounts.
-Present the brand, SKU’s, pricing, terms, and secure orders.
-Follow up on order deliveries, ensuring clients maintain appropriate inventories.
-Submit daily reports as well as monthly.
-Develop and update the client’s database.
-build rapport and respect with clients.
-Achieve monthly target in terms of number of new clients and sales.
-Work with supply chain to ensure products are available at all times.
– Understand clients’ business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
– Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services to clients
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities-
-Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends
– Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement
-Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in key account management.
Skills
-Extensive experience in the UAE in the development of sales.
-Can work as stand as a lone wolf.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
– Proven track record as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role with an active experience of a minimum of 5 years in the UAE
– Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies for building long-term customer relationships
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
– Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make
data-driven decisions
– Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
– Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach towards achieving targets and exceeding expectations
– Fluent in English
