Key responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, ensuring stock availability
- Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO stock movement and invoice outbound shipments
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory
- Coordinating logistics of sales orders, stock transfers, and deliveries
- Develop and maintain internal controls for in-bound and out-bound transactions
- Prepare claims and reports for product discrepancies
- Support production and customer service teams to meet business targets
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and strategies for warehouse operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Oracle system and WMS
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic
