🔍 Are you an aspiring Electrical Estimator looking for an opportunity in Dubai? We are hiring a skilled Electrical Estimation Engineer with expertise in Electrical & ELV Systems, particularly in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyze and interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
✅ Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
✅ Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for cost comparison.
✅ Conduct detailed rate analyses and cost breakdowns for project components.
✅ Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimations for various construction projects.
✅ Prepare technical documentation, project methodologies, and construction schedules.
✅ Assist in developing comprehensive cost proposals and technical bid documents.
✅ Collaborate with Design & Project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
✅ Maintain and organize tendering records.
✅ Stay updated on UAE construction regulations, industry pricing, and market trends.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
📅 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electrical Estimation (Electrical, ELV/ICT, AV, Security, and PV Systems).
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Candy Software, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Office.
🤝 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
📑 Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
🔍 High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
