Key Accountabilities

•   Ensure equity deals are executed on customers’ behalf on time and with precision.

•   Work towards ensuring customer satisfaction, assist in resolving customer complains in a timely fashion

•   Ability to discuss (but not advised) current market trends, financial news and equity research reports with clients

•   Manage daily interaction with customers & on all matters related to updating client files/records for missing or expired KYC & AML documents 

•   Promoting self-service of digital engagement channels by educating the customers.

•   Follow external delivery standards agreed by CBFS Board and senior leadership. 

•   Ensure compliance to all regulatory, risk and control policy framework.

•   Ensure compliances with the SOP and taking timely corrective actions to resolve open audit & control issues.

•   Assist Head of Brokerage in identifying process improvement opportunities & enhanced sales activities.

•   Maintain effective relationships with customers and ensure they are briefed on market opportunities in a timely manner.

•   Meet business revenue & profit targets while adhering to prescribed compliance and risk control framework. 

•   Periodically engage all designated retail high net worth active and inactive client portfolios

•   Ensure that all dealer activities are in compliance with QFMA, QCSD and QE rules and regulations.
