Key responsibilities
- Record daily transactions: sales & purchase invoices, receipts & payments
- Maintain accounts payable & receivable, reconcile supplier & customer statements
- Prepare bank reconciliations, manage petty cash
- Keep VAT records, support quarterly VAT return preparation
- Assist with month-end closing, basic financial reports
- File & organize accounting documents for audit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- 1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Odoo experience is a strong advantage
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT
- Good MS Excel skills
- Good English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Based in Sharjah or Ajman, available to join immediately
