Data and Details
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support audits and comply with accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
