Key Role As Sales Executive

The position is responsible for reselling residential properties in the Communities business unit.

Job Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Work on leads, including self-generated leads of community customers interested in buying or selling properties.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Manage an inventory of properties, with comprehensive information location, upgrades, square footage, etc.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Prepare Oqood, Title Deeds, NOCs, purchase agreements and other documents for each transaction.
  • Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times

Personal Characteristics And Required Background

  • A college degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience are preferred for this position.
  • Strong connections with real estate brokers is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent customer service and organizational abilities are required.
  • Proven ability to close deals is essential.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends is necessary.
  • A dedication to obtaining a Real Estate license is required.
  • Experience with Sales Force, Yardi or similar software is beneficial.
