The position is responsible for reselling residential properties in the Communities business unit.

Work on leads, including self-generated leads of community customers interested in buying or selling properties.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Manage an inventory of properties, with comprehensive information location, upgrades, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Prepare Oqood, Title Deeds, NOCs, purchase agreements and other documents for each transaction.
Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times

A college degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience are preferred for this position.
Strong connections with real estate brokers is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent customer service and organizational abilities are required.
Proven ability to close deals is essential.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends is necessary.
A dedication to obtaining a Real Estate license is required.
Experience with Sales Force, Yardi or similar software is beneficial.
