Job Description:

Position: Administrative Assistant (Computer Operator Job in UAE)


  • Compose and draft various types of written materials such as letters, reports, memorandums, tables, financial data, meeting minutes, forms, and other similar documents, based on dictation, rough drafts, or corrected copies, and review them for accuracy and formatting.
  • Assist staff members with scheduling appointments, coordinating daily tasks, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, contacts, and employee directories.
  • Monitor and manage office equipment and supplies, and initiate requisition processes to restock inventory as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to prepare professional and clear reports.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
