Key responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, printing, and mobile devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain user devices and endpoint security solutions.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access permissions, and software licensing.
- Support iManage Cloud, legal applications, and other business-critical systems.
- Monitor system performance, backups, security alerts, and service availability.
- Troubleshoot network, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Assist with technology projects, automation initiatives, AI solutions, and continuous service improvements.
