IT Support - Shuaiba Industrial Company ( K.P.S.C ) - Mubarāk al-Kabīr
  • Administer the creation, operation, modification, and deletion of username and passwords of employees in the specified system and servers. (Firewalls, active directory etc.)
  • Perform regular maintenance of all system software and hardware as per maintenance schedule, etc. to ensure business continuity and minimize the system interruptions based on ASC clients’ requests.
  • Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop, network & systems problems.
  • install and configure windows operating systems as needed.
  • Familiar with Azure Active Directory operations
  • Provide network access to users as required.
  • Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
  • Act as a Tier-2 Support for IT related issues register in IT helpdesk
  • Installation of IP phones and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain the IT asset documentation and ensuring that all assets are recorded, updated/removed.
  • Lease with the vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Highly involve in on/off boarding of employees, setup the machines, required software and all the related setups.
  • Experience in Microsoft and Cisco network product along with Avaya IP telephony
  • Good understanding of FortiGate firewalls.
  • Good understanding of VPN tunnels.
  • Work in the shifts (As needed)
  • Working hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday to Saturday
  • Maintain records and reports.
  • Provide Desktop/ Laptop installations, upgrade and maintenance including installation and upgrade of current office applications, operating system, anti-virus software, conducting file backups, etc.
  • Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and user accounts, assigning security levels, network access, etc.
