Job Description:
- Position: Interior Architect
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in design management
- Location: Egypt or MENA region
- Job Type: Full-time (5 days a week, 9 AM – 6 PM, with a 1-hour break)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of team leadership and/or design management experience in reputable architectural firms.
- Experience in organizing daily workloads and managing teams effectively.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle busy schedules while addressing client feedback.
- Essential team motivation and leadership skills.
- Fundamental understanding of structural and MEP systems.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with multiple Zoom meetings and collaboration via messaging apps.
- Interior design experience is required.
- Must be comfortable with a time tracker that takes screenshots while working.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D Design, and 3D Modeling.
- Strong skills in 3D Max and AutoCAD.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relevant design software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
