Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target new clients including contractors, consultants, developers, and facility managers while maintaining existing accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for HVAC products.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Technical Consultation:
- Conduct site assessments to determine customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, encompassing system design, load calculations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions for complex projects.

Product Expertise:
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of HVAC systems to respond to client inquiries.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Project Management:
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service teams to address technical challenges.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proposals comply with local regulations, energy efficiency standards (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED), and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
Preferred Candidate:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Residence Location: Candidates from India and Qatar are preferred.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma is required.
