Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- HR Systems Administration: Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
- Employee Service: Manage and handle vacations, absence, ticket requests
- Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, assisting with audits and reports.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
- HR Support: Manage and able to handle governmental websites related to HR- matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role in related field.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
