Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.Provide strategic insights to senior management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Talent Acquisition & Management:Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet project and operational needs.Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.Create and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.Employee Relations:Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.Compensation and Benefits:Manage compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive in the industry.Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.HR Operations:Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).Drive HR-related projects, such as policy updates and workplace safety initiatives.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards.Proven track record of managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
