Job Requirements:

Manages and coaches operations staff member using efficient feedback and interaction of company goals and team as well as individual performance. Develops and maintains a culture valuing security, quality, professionalism, and accountability. Constantly examines work efficiency determining locations for improvement and training opportunities. Assisting with functional tasks as required.


  • Direct and promote the Company in structure and taking part in a proactive security culture.

  • Guarantee that the HSE management system remains in compliance with HSE policy, standards, appropriate standards and directions

  • Support Company management in setting HSE goals

  • Support the conduction of audits, perform internal HSE audits, and task website audits

  • Manage the HSE Administrator in the application of HSE policies and mission

  • Selection and application of HSE methods and tools to make it possible for the HSE management system

  • Serve as HSE subject specialist and provide details to management about HSE related performance, problems and status of the HSE management system in concerns to efficiency and compliance

  • Provide info to management about suggestions for procedure enhancements and choice proposals

  • Manage and review work site risk assessments, identifies unsafe acts/conditions or risky habits, provides assistance, guidance and recommendations for corrective action to management team.

  • Manage Company safety, environmental and regulatory company mandated meetings, workshops, training classes and record retention, as required.

  • Take part, prepare and present needed safety material in Company.

  • Manage and produce safety associated documents, policies and procedures for Company in compliance with regulative companies

  • Manage emergency situation response group and emergency situation readiness actions.

  • Direct, handle and offer competence for incident investigations, case management, near misses, environmental and/or devices damage.

  • Responsible for reporting all safety occurrences, near misses, injuries, etc.

  • Handle event statistical information and for the area.

  • Promote health, security and environment (HSE) practices throughout the business activities.

  • Review and constantly enhance the occupational HSE system including policies, procedures, types, and so on. Leads occurrences examination, prepare reports of findings, including suggestions to avoid reoccurrence. Assist and support Departments in the preparation

  • of threat evaluations. Screen the availability and appropriateness of danger evaluations and, where required, safe working practices. Conduct internal training for personnel in relation to

  • Health and Safety policies, practice and procedures. Capability to deal with employees and accomplish cultural modification

  • in the face of prospective resistance Observe HSE policies, wears all required safety devices, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the correct workers. Carry out other work related jobs as required as designated. Stroll the production flooring regularly to establish HSE presence and supply assistance. Assist in

    administering and maintaining compliance programs such as LOTO,

  • MOC, fives, Hazard Communication, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, Respiratory Protection, and so on.

  • Certifications/ Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management, Manufacturing, Business or a related degree. +8 Years of appropriate experience. With a minimum of 4 years in supervisory level in

    producing facility. NEBOSH

    • Level 3 is important. IDIPOSH Level 6 preferred. OHSAS 18001 lead auditor. Understanding of local HSE regulations.

    • Competent in leadership (leading auditors, risk assessors, incident private investigators & emergency situations).

    • Results oriented with persistent attention to information and able to

    • affect outcomes in a cross-functional

    • team environment. Experience in carrying out

    • Lean Manufacturing principles including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Visual Management & is plus.
