Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with essential HR experience, particularly in recruitment, labor relations, and managing documentation for expatriate employees. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with knowledge of Saudi labor laws and relevant government platforms.

- Salary Range: SAR 4,000 – 6,000 per month (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and onboarding.
- Handle all procedures related to expatriate employee documentation, including:
- Iqama issuance, renewal, and transfer
- Visa applications and exit/re-entry processing
- Contract creation and renewal (both Arabic and English)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization policies.
- Operate and manage data in government portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and MHRSD.
- Act as a liaison between the company and government entities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.
- Support cross-functional communication in a multicultural team environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
- Previous experience in a multinational company or multicultural environment.
- Additional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Saudization policies and GOSI calculation rules.

- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
