Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager (MENA) to oversee vendor management and HR operations across the MENA region.  

 

The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with a strong background in service outsourcing, vendor management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires frequent travel to vendor locations, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships across the region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while driving collaboration with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Identify and source new vendors strategically to meet business needs efficiently, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Evaluate and implement new vendor management systems to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on process improvement and innovation. 
  • Monitor vendor compliance with operational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to company policies. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors, fostering long-term partnerships through clear communication and effective stakeholder management. 
  • Leverage knowledge of HR administration operations across the MENA region to align strategies with business goals, driving operational excellence. 
  • Analyze P&L statements and vendor financials to guide strategic decisions, balancing quality service with cost efficiency. 
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective, high-quality services that support organizational objectives. 
  • Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, aligning priorities and goals through effective communication and engagement. 

 

Skills

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Vendor Management related to MENA HR operations, preferably in service industry. 
  • Extensive hands-on experience in HR operations, vendor management, and compliance within the MENA region. 
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, and influence key business decisions. 
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
