Gathering and analysing HR data to identify trends and provide insights on workforce metrics.Preparing and presenting high-quality reports and dashboards to track HR KPIs for senior leadership.Conducting regular workforce trend analysis, including turnover, engagement, and compensation metrics.Supporting employee relations and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.Collaborating with internal departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency.Designing and delivering visually engaging presentations for HR insights and decision-making.

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
