Key responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance
- Support payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle activities
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR systems, and drive process improvements
- Support regional HR projects and initiatives across multiple locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years' of professional HR Generalist/HR Advisor career experience
- Oil & gas sector experience is required
- Previous exposure to European and/or multinational business environments
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR operations, employee relations, and C&B
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and HR systems skills
- Fluent in English
