Key responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and strategic planning
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans
- Lead workforce planning, team development, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement departmental policies and quality standards
- Prepare management reports and coordinate with senior management
- Oversee daily laundry operations, workflow, and service quality
- Monitor laundry productivity, linen inventory, and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and hotel quality requirements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for efficient linen supply
Requirements
- Proven experience in Housekeeping and Laundry Management
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Familiarity with hotel standards and quality requirements
- Excellent budgeting, cost control, and resource management skills
- Ability to establish and monitor KPIs, and implement improvement plans
- High school diploma or equivalent
