Key responsibilities

• Supervise hospitality arrangements for management, employees, visitors, and VIP guests
• Manage meeting rooms to hotel-style standards for seating, presentation, and refreshments
• Coordinate corporate events, including venue setup, catering, and logistics
• Supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas
• Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, and monitor staff attendance
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning materials, refreshments, and hospitality supplies
• Ensure HSE compliance, including safe handling of chemicals, food hygiene, and waste management
• Coordinate with cleaning contractors, catering providers, and other service vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or related fields
• Diploma or equivalent education
