Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives in electrification, smart grids, and energy management.
- Oversee partnerships and development of software solutions, AI-driven analytics, and IoT-based energy management platforms.
- Lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including cloud computing, big data, cybersecurity, and automation.
- Identify and adopt partners for smart grid innovations, digital twin technology, and predictive maintenance solutions.
- Collaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and technology partners for software integration and compliance.
- Manage cross-functional digital teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the cybersecurity strategy within the organization.
- Evaluate emerging digital trends and investment opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Digital Transformation preferred).
- Proven track record in leading digital innovation, AI/ML solutions, and IoT integrations in power systems.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based energy platforms, automation, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in managing software development teams using agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of energy sector regulations and smart grid standards.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of blockchain applications for energy trading and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies.
