Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured, OEM-aligned vehicle handovers with full feature walkthroughs and connected services activation
• Personalize delivery experiences for VIP, corporate, and loyalty customers to enhance brand perception
• Ensure vehicle readiness before delivery, including PDI, detailing, and presentation standards
• Deliver professional, engaging, and memorable handover experiences meeting dealership and OEM expectations
• Verify and complete all delivery documentation, including registration, insurance, and warranty documents
• Set up customer profiles within OEM systems and digital services
• Educate customers on vehicle features, safety systems, and connected services
• Explain EV/hybrid usage, charging procedures, and aftersales support to customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant customer service background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about new vehicles and technologies
• Familiarity with OEM systems and digital services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
