Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop and execute visually compelling marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about branding, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Creative Design & Brand Identity
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, typography, and style guides.
✔️ Multimedia & Motion Graphics
• Produce motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and manage photography and videography shoots with attention to lighting, composition, and camera operations.
✔️ Production & Vendor Collaboration
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of design materials.
• Review proofs and samples to maintain brand alignment.
✔️ Innovation & Research
• Stay updated on design trends to propose fresh, engaging creative solutions.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI) to optimize design efficiency.
✔️ Training & Development
• Conduct design workshops or training sessions.
• Mentor junior designers or interns in creative processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
📅 Professional Experience
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or multimedia content creation.
🌍 Languages
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
