Key responsibilities

• Design reports: Prepare and design periodic and final reports, and professionally layout pages, headings, tables, images, and attachments for easy reading.
• Develop templates: Create updatable templates for daily, weekly, monthly reports, presentations, and publications to maintain consistency and speed up production.
• Design presentations: Convert approved content into engaging and clear slides for meetings, results presentations, and work plans.
• Design digital publications: Prepare posts, ads, and informative guides for the project and prepare them in suitable sizes for approved channels.
• Prepare infographics: Convert work steps, indicators, comparisons, and results into visuals and elements that aid quick understanding.
• Design data visualizations: Collaborate with data analysts and performance specialists to create charts and indicators while maintaining approved values, units, and time frames.
• Apply visual identity: Adhere to approved colors, fonts, and logos, and set Arabic text direction from right to left.
• Coordinate with project team: Receive content and data from responsible parties, determine design needs and deadlines, and follow up on feedback until approval.
• Review output quality: Ensure text and numbers are clear, pages are correctly ordered, images are of good quality, and formatting is consistent, and files are error-free before submission.

Requirements

• Baccalauréat degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with government and stakeholder communication standards is a plus
