Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial data using specialized accounting software for accurate financial information and report compliance.
• Review daily financial transactions to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, minimizing financial risks.
• Coordinate with sales teams to gather client information and generate accurate invoices, facilitating payments and enhancing client relationships.
• Analyze costs and expenses to identify improvement areas and provide administrative recommendations for enhanced financial performance.
• Develop and update financial records to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, promoting financial transparency and trust.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting to aid administration in making informed strategic decisions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payment settlement, enhancing cash flow.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of financial operations to identify weaknesses and provide appropriate solutions, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Provide regular financial reports to management, including comprehensive financial performance analysis, to inform business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Egyptian or Syrian nationality.
• Entry-level career stage.
