Job Summary: Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fleet vehicles with corporate clients. They ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct business visits to the clients (Corporate Clients) to present the fleet offers and maintain relationships and to recommend the suitable model as needs.
· Fleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommended fleet channels per Business Plan
· Report & Manage Fleet Sales Strategy to achieve targets. Co-ordinate After Sales solutions as and when needed
· Plan fleet events to support brand awareness
· Responsible for generating high fleet sales per Business Plan
· Identify right fleet segments; set plan for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline.
· Answer client’s questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, Warranty, and credit terms, give the proper quotation and coordinate for delivery dates.
· Wholesale, export, Tender back order monitoring, provide necessary aftersales support
· Explore new market opportunities to expand and achieve department revenues objectives.
· Acquire new customers to increase customer base and reflect positively on business performance.
· Monitor competitor activities and collect market feedback, propose counter measure actions.
· Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor’s products, prices, and sales.
· Participates in project work where applicable.
